Have been adding some small items to my handmade gift box, washers (or dishcloths) are quick and easy and when you add a pretty smelling soap or bath salts make a really nice gift.
I have seen many patterns for scrubbie a and decided to have a go at one myself. Not as easy as I thought, I struggled to understand most of the patterns or manage the stitches so in the end made up my own.
It took a lot more cotton than a washer and took a lot longer to complete, but oh wow it is so soft and I'm guessing (hoping) that it won't fall apart as easy as the store brought nylon ones.
