November photo A day

Wham there went another month! Not long now till Santa comes and we are ringing in a new year.
Remember when I  mentioned a couple of months ago how once footy season was done it was time to chill out ? Yep, well that didn't quite work to plan, I forgot all about it being my baby's last year at high school!
So how did November pan out....
Pan Pacific Masters games was one again and John and Daniel both worked as SMA trainers for different events. John had futsal and soccer and Dan got Motorcross.
My best friend from Melbourne also travelled up to take part in the Netball, so it was awesome to spend some time cheering her and her team on.
John and I celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary!!
It was Jayden's last 2 weeks of school, Formal night, both he and his date Kirstin looked amazing and he had a great night! Academic awards where he got 2 top awards! So proud. Then was Graduation, yes there were tears.
Dan had another trip to emergency after a floor joist fell on his head at work...he was all good, me maybe not quite so much after spending all night sitting on a chair next to his hospital bed...
Jayden had a job interview and now has a job which he will be starting later this month.
We showed our support for the sad passing of cricketer Phillip Hughes with #putyourbatsout.
Danica's farewell was the last day of the month, going to miss this little lady heaps, I know that Jay will too!
There was also a good mixture of creativeness flowing and my handmade gift list is complete!

Photo A Day - October

Another month down, before we know it 2015 will be here!
We packed a fair bit into this month, which isnt normal for us, its usually a chill out month with lots of home time and catch up on things that didnt get done during the footy season.
I got to spend the day with the lovley Julianna and her family on a trip down from Townsville, been way too long since I last saw her.
As I mentioned in a post a couple of weeks ago we spend the day (and night) helping my sister and her family move house, long tiring day!
Footy presentation came around and I got a new dress and cut of all my hair ready for the big night. It was a fab night and Daniel was given best in finals player award for the under 18s!
A fair bit of crafting of all sorts went on this month, lots of preperation for handmade christmas gifts.
Jay got his formal outfit all sorted and we purchased a shirt and bow tie already for next monts event, he is going to look so smart! - A might be a tad bias haha!
We celebrated a little too, first with a bbq at Vicki and Jims, a thank you to all those that helped them move as well as a hosuewarming of sorts.
Next was a big night, Josh and Ashleighs engagement party! Was a fantastic night, everyone looked amazing and got to catch up with family and friends!

We are already well into November and its looking full on already!

August 2014

Another month over, can someone tell the year to slow down just a little im not ready for it to be this close to the end yet!
Someone said the other day its only 16 weeks till christmas!! OMG!
So this is just a little look at August around our place. There were weekends full of footy, with 2 of our 3 senior teams making the grandfinal! Lots of creating both with hook and paper, fresh flowers some coffee dates and New jewellery!!Thrift shopping and fancy dress nights, penpals, new prescription sunnies and lots of warm sunny days finally!
Biggest news this month though was the engagement of my biggest boy to the lovely Ashleigh!
September is looking like being as busy as August was!

Have done a rearrange in my craft room over the weekend so will be bringing you a post filled with lots of photos on that this week...stay tuned!

The half way mark.

Well we have reached the half way point of the year, I know its said alot but the months seem to just fly by these days way to quickly.
June was a pretty full on month for us with a couple of 21st birthdays, hubbys birthday, a couple of hospital visits and lots more. Thankful for school holidays for a bit of chill time!

The month of May

A little insight into last month through the eyes of my camera.

I decided to stop doing the photo a day prompts and just try and take photos that were relative to what was going on with me each day.
I didnt always get a photo every day but managed  to get a months worth of photos that will remind me what happened in May.

 Footy Season is in full swing taking up alot of our weekends.
Organising the house, getting ready for winter and lots of creating.
Mothers Day and a few birthdays.
A new job for the boy and a trip to hospital (nothing major).
More dentists appointments for Jay.
Josh and Ash got a new puppy, Jax.
Sally, Bren and the kids came to visit!!

April Photo a day

Another month down, I know everyone is saying it...but wow this year is flying would really like it to slow down just a little bit.
I was once again successful in getting a photo every day using the prompts from FMS photo a day on instagram. Some of the prompts were a little challenging and had me scratching my head but I got it done!

As per the photo from the 28th we had a pretty hectic April with two 21sts one of them being my eldest, a couple of other birthdays a visit from my best friend, easter, and footy had me managing the diary very smartly this month.

Photo A Day - February

February done and dusted, wow month 3 already and it only feels like it was Christmas just last week!
I have jumped on board FatMumSlim's photo a day on Instagram, well lets say I have  decided to give it another go. I have in the past tried and failed miserably at actually taking a full month of photos.
This month im pleased to say that I did it! A full month of photos....ok so it was a short month, but its a good start!
So here is February in photos!
