Handmade gifts

Every year for christmas I handmake something for all the girls/ladies that I have to give gifts to. So far I have received positive feedback about the handmade aspect so will keep it going.
Last year I made crochet market bags, in a variety of different colours to suit the new owners.

  Some of them were plain colours and some multi coloured wool, and a couple were striped. I crocheted some flowers to add to give it a little extra girly touch to some of them.

  I didnt really follow a pattern (truth is  I really struggle to read them) with a little help from a friend on mastering the circle I sorta winged my way through it, a few undo and redos until it looked right. By the time I got to the third one I had it all worked out and they were pretty easy to crochet up after that, and didnt take all that long either.

Now I am in think mode for this years christmas crafting!
