celebrating daughters

Day 4

Emily Falconbridge gave birth to a beautiful little girl a few days ago, congrats to her and her family.
This weeks card was set out by a friend of hers and to mark the birth the prompt is 'celebrating daughters'. As I dont have any daughters, I went with me as the daughter. I have always been (and still am) a real daddy's girl. I can still get him to do almost anything I want. This photo was taken in 2003 when he was last here for a visit.

A few people have asked to see a photo of the new hair style and colour, so here it is...got Daniel to take a photo for me this morning. Forgive the horrid photo, he took forever to take it, and just as he did i stopped smiling lol

I just had to share this cute little fellow, his name is Kakka and he is a pencil holder! Hubby was given him by a rep at work yesterday. Havent decided if I will kepp him or not yet, the kids have been eyeing him off lol.

Cheers

Im a natural redhead & its taken me 40 years to actually like it. The heavy dose of beach helps to break it up!!
