Had a couple of people ask about how I did the background of my card for my Deck of Me challenge.
I used 3 layers of tissue paper, scrunched up and using decopauge paste I glued each of them down then sealed over the top. Then once it was dry I painted over the top. I was going to ink as well but i forgot...
